1. Who we are

Laser Case s.r.o., Company No. (IČO) 03397009, registered office U Národní galerie 1268, Zbraslav, 156 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic, trading as Walk Your Business (walkyourbusiness.io), is the data controller for the personal data described here. We decide why and how your data is processed.

2. What we collect and why

• Account data (email address, name if provided, login identifiers, sign-in provider such as Google) — to create and secure your account and give you access to what you bought. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Test and audit content (your answers in the customer resilience test, the business type you select, the website address you submit and the resulting report) — to produce your score, fix list and analysis and to show them in your account. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Purchase records (which product you bought, order reference, date, access status) — to give you access and keep proper business records. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
• Support messages (emails you send us) — to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in supporting our customers.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, log and error data) — to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security and reliability.
• Marketing emails — only if you ask for them. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Payment card details are never collected or stored by us; they are handled by our payment provider.

3. Who we share data with

• Stripe, Inc. — our payment provider, which processes card payments, handles tax calculation and collection, invoicing, fraud prevention and refunds on our behalf.
• Service providers (processors) — hosting, database and authentication providers, email delivery, and the AI provider that generates your website analysis report. They act on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
• Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers, where needed.
• Authorities — where we are required to disclose by law.

We never sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the EEA, for example in the United States. Where that happens we rely on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with appropriate technical safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

• Account, test results and reports: while your account is active, then deleted or anonymised within 12 months.
• Purchase and accounting records: as required by Czech accounting and tax law (normally 10 years).
• Support emails: up to 3 years.
• Technical logs: normally up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@walkyourbusiness.io and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz) or to the supervisory authority in your country.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, row-level database permissions so you only ever see your own results, and regular review of who can access data.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to run the checkout — these are required for the site to work. Any analytics or marketing cookies are only set with your consent, and you can withdraw it or clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.

We may update this notice. The current version is always published here with its date, and we will tell you about significant changes.
