Refund Policy

Cancelling before you open the content

Everything we sell is digital content delivered immediately. You can cancel your order and get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have not yet opened, downloaded or otherwise accessed the content you bought.

When you buy, you ask for immediate delivery and agree that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the content has been made available to you. That is why we cannot refund a guide or action plan you have already downloaded or read, or a website analysis we have already generated for you — the information cannot be returned.

If something did not work

This is separate from changing your mind, and it is not time-limited by the rule above. If a file will not open, a report never arrived, the website analysis failed or the product is not what this website describes, contact us. We will fix it or re-run it at no extra cost, and if we cannot, you get a full refund.

Duplicate and accidental payments

If you were charged twice or bought the same product by mistake, write to us and we will refund the extra payment in full.

How to request a refund

To request a refund:

• email us at info@walkyourbusiness.io with the email address you bought with, or
• reply to your payment confirmation email — it contains your receipt and order details.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank usually posts the money back within 5–10 business days.
